The GROUP was born in the autumn of 1985 by friends and fans of RADIO Resident living inneighboring areas and along the river "PIAVE" in the provinces of Treviso and Venice.
The main aim was and is to get into commenting the radio propagation, antennas, new and old radio building things related to radio, teach and learn from new and old radio.
The word " VECIO " instead does not indicate " OLD ", but " FRIEND " in the language of the Venetian dialect.

ACTIVITIES
Radio Comunications individual and group: Contest, activation of islands, castle, abbeys, participation in the Jamboree, evenings for learning and information on various programs in use with radios, collection of old radios, etc..
The river " PIAVE " is SACRED Homeland for the WAR occurred between 1915 and 1918.
